Did we know it was going to be POURING with lighting and thunder and FLASH FLOODING?? Just wondering. Considering the easiest job in the Valley is a weather forecaster (Today.. sunny and hot continuing for the next three weeks), don’t you think they would have been announcing the pending rain all day yesterday??
