Faking Crossfit

I really don’t like today’s WOD (probably because I can’t do it anyway) so today’s workout, for me, is:

5 sets (for time – ish)
Deadlift 150 x 8
Burpee 8
Dips 8

Cool Down 1 set of max pull ups.
