18 U.S. Code § 115, criminalizes threats, assaults, kidnappings, and murders (or attempts thereof) against federal officials, judges, and law enforcement officers, including their immediate family members, when done with intent to:
- Impede, intimidate, or interfere with their official duties
- Retaliate against them for performing those duties A B
The mayor of Chicago has, on numerous occasions, violated this law.
Drag his ass out of his office in cuffs.
